Delivery options

121doc works with Royal Mail and UPS. We deliver to UK addresses as well as a growing number of international destinations. Our express service remains free of charge and promises prescription medication to your door within 1-2 working days. Find out more about all shipping options below.

UK orders

All UK orders placed before 16:30 are dispatched using a tracked Royal Mail service. Orders are usually delivered to UK mainland postcodes on the following working day. Shipping is included in all UK orders - we will not charge you for the delivery of your treatment.

International orders

We work with UPS when shipping to international destinations. All orders placed before 16:30 from Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 16:30 on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day. Please find a list of all countries we currently dispatch to below.

Discreet packaging

At 121doc, we take patient privacy and confidentiality seriously, which is why all our treatments are delivered in a plain cardboard box, which is then placed inside a standard courier envelope. There is no mention of 121doc or your the order contents on the envelope.


Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns due to legal restrictions regarding the sale of prescription medication. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you are of course entitled to an exchange or refund. Should something be wrong with your order upon receipt, please contact Customer Services as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve this issue to your satisfaction. Please find an overview of our full returns policy below.

In this section "we/us" refers to 121doc. If upon delivery of your order, or within 2 days thereafter, you believe that you have not received the correct medication, return it to us within 7 days and we will arrange the replacement of the returned medication. Please ensure that the medication is returned to us in an unopened condition, in its original packaging and within 7 days of receipt.

In order to arrange a replacement, kindly contact one of our Customer Services representatives and provide them with the reason why you are not completely satisfied with your medication. Customer Services can be contacted via live chat, telephone or email. We will attempt to attend to your queries within a reasonable time.

Ordinarily, we do not accept returns once delivery has been accepted by the patient. If products are sent back to us by the patient, they will be destroyed and no refund will be provided. However, in certain instances, Refunds or Resends will be allowed. The following are examples of such Refunds and Resends:

  • If the patient is not at home at the designated delivery time and the package is returned back to us, we may arrange for a new delivery.
  • If the patient refuses to accept delivery of a package, the returned package will be destroyed and no refund will be provided.
  • Orders that are lost in transit will be refunded in full or a resend organized at our discretion.
  • Whilst we have no control over delays experienced by our courier services, we will endeavour to trace your package. Our policy states that if the package is not received within 30 days from date of postage, we will provide a full refund or a resend will be organized.
  • If customs retain a package, we will refund you in full when the package is returned to us.
  • You may return medication if the packaging is damaged or opened, the medication has expired, or the order is incorrect or incomplete. In these instances, we will resend your order or offer a partial refund.
  • If you receive medication that does not match what you ordered, unless accompanied by a note detailing the changes, reasons for the changes and explaining your options, you should contact us to arrange collection and return. Please contact us within 7 days. 121doc is not responsible for paying shipment costs. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced (if available) or to be refunded via the payment method used to order. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned medication.
  • If your doctor advises that a medication is not suitable for your use after an order is placed, we will not accept this return and no refund will be provided.
