Discreet packaging
Every order is carefully packaged to protect both the product and your privacy. Medication is shipped in plain packaging with no reference to 121doc or its contents.
Returns
You can cancel your order at any time before your treatment is dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, the pharmacist is legally required to destroy any returned medication — even if the box is unopened — so we are unable to issue refunds after that point.
However, if your order is returned to the pharmacy because you have been unable to arrange redelivery, the pharmacy can resend your medication to a new address, provided this is arranged within 30 days.
