All orders for medications are delivered only through the most reputable mail and courier companies; we presently employ the services of Royal Mail, Skynet, DHL, UPS, FedEx and USPS.

Under normal circumstances orders within the UK are delivered on the next working day of our receiving the order. Delivery times for European nations vary from 3 to 5 days while those for the US normally take between 10 to 14 days. In certain cases delivery may take longer. If the package is not delivered and signed for within a reasonable time of the order being placed and dispatched or there is good reason to believe the package has been lost, 121doc will replace the order at no extra charge.

Some countries like Australia, Japan, San Marino, Greenland, Iceland, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Martinique etc have higher delivery costs therefore; the customer will be required to bear the extra charges for delivery. Please contact our customer service for more details before placing the order.

Countries like Canada, Brazil and Norway may have some internal delivery issues therefore, 121doc can not be held liable if customers don’t receive their delivery on time.. No refunds will be given if the order is lost or faces any courier delays. Only the returned parcels will be rearranged for delivery.

121doc does not believe in hidden charges or costs. The price you see online for the medication is the price you pay. This includes the online consultation charges and the cost of the international courier.

All deliveries are sent in discrete packaging that gives no idea of the contents and delivered right to your doorstep. However the courier will require your signature on delivery as confirmation of delivery and receipt.

If you are not at home, the courier will leave what is known as a “calling card” requesting you to collect your package from the local delivery office, or alternatively you can re-arrange delivery at a time convenient for you.

If you have not received your order within a reasonable period of time after placing your order, please get in touch with us, either via our online live chat, telephone or email. Our customer service will resolve your query in the shortest possible time.

If customers in the countries not specified as having internal delivery issues, don’t receive the order delivery within 30 days after placing the order on our website due to any problem from our side or our couriers; they will be given a full refund or a resend of their order at no additional cost.
