This effectively acts as part of a consultation, a pharmacy dispenses and posts it to you via an international courier. If the doctor disagrees with your request, you are refunded in full.
Our pharmacies only use Royal Mail from the United Kingdom and UPS. We email you the tracking number upon dispatch so you can see where your order is at any time.

Yes, the only parties aware of your purchase are 121doc.com the doctor and pharmacy. We do not sell your information on, or display it publicly. All medications are packaged discretely to ensure safe, untampered arrival to your door.
Yes, the courier will require a signature on delivery as confirmation of receipt.
The courier should leave a calling card instructing you to collect from your local delivery office, or alternatively re-arranging for delivery at a convenient time for you.
