History

Since 2004, we have been providing private patients with access to qualified EU doctors and pharmacies for medical conditions such as impotence, obesity, influenza, smoking and male hair loss. Our doctors review patient medical details for the conditions to see if a treatment is suitable. Where this is the case, our service allows our doctors to forward prescriptions to our network of independent pharmacies – allowing patients quick and secure delivery in a discrete manner.

Face-to-Face Consultations

We realize that the internet should not replace a face-to-face consultation with a patient’s doctor, and so we urge users to do just that. It is important for a number of reasons – sometimes medical consultations via forms and telephone calls may not give a doctor enough information to make a correct judgement and physical checking may produce a better diagnosis. Where a patient does not feel comfortable in visiting his or her own doctor, we are able to provide a private clinic to visit for an examination.

Our Doctors

Although independent of 121doc, our doctors ask patients to complete a full and thorough medical questionnaire relating to their condition. Questions which are asked go beyond what most doctors would ever ask in a face to face situation. This is to arm our doctor with as much information as possible in order to be safe. Once you complete a consultation form, our doctor’s review, email / telephone patients back where there is incomplete or important data missing. There are many situations where our doctors will not prescribe treatment due to even remote possible dangers to patient safety. Our doctors are at hand for support during any course of treatment.

Our Pharmacies

Whilst independent, our pharmacies are located within the EU and the UK. We do not use pharmacies outside of the EU as we are not willing to sacrifice quality over price. If a patient wants to query any of the treatments received, they can check the batch numbers on the packages and verify them with the relevant manufacturers.

Unlike many competitors, our service is fast, cost effective, and there are no hidden extras. You do not get charged any extra for delivery or the consultation process - we believe in giving you one price that covers everything. Our prices are monitored regularly to keep them the lowest on the internet for genuine treatment. Furthermore, all of the information we receive is held under the strictest code of privacy - we will not release your information to any 3rd parties under any circumstances.
